Coenzyme Q10 and nattokinase — supporting a healthy heart and steady circulation, in one daily capsule.

Most people buy these two in separate bottles, at separate prices. Here they are in the same capsule — first and second on the ingredient list. Not a sprinkle at the bottom.

Then three vitamins, with the amounts actually printed on the label:

Vitamin E — 63% of your daily reference intake

Vitamin C — 64%

Vitamin D — 40%

Vitamin E and C back up your heart's antioxidant defense. Vitamin D keeps your immune system supported.

Philippine FDA registered.

30 capsules. 30 days. Under ₱30 a day.

One capsule. One meal. Done.

What's Inside

Coenzyme Q10

First on the ingredient list, supporting your heart's energy supply — the largest active in the capsule by weight.

Nattokinase

An enzyme from fermented soybeans that supports healthy circulation — second on the list, ahead of every declared vitamin.

Vitamin E & Vitamin C

14 IU Vitamin E (63% RENI) and 45 mg Vitamin C (64%) — antioxidant backup for your heart, both printed with amounts.

Vitamin D & Calcium

80 IU Vitamin D — 40% of the adult daily reference intake — keeping your immune system supported, plus 12 mg calcium.

Who it is for

  • You want your heart and circulation supported in one daily capsule, not two separate bottles.
  • You want your Vitamin C buffered — sodium ascorbate is gentler on the stomach than plain ascorbic acid.
  • You get little sun and want your immune system backed up — one capsule gives 80 IU Vitamin D, 40% of the adult daily reference intake.
  • You want amounts printed on the label, not just ingredient names on the front of the pack.

How to consume

  1. 1 Take 1 capsule daily, or as prescribed by a physician.
  2. 2 Take it with a meal that contains some fat. Coenzyme Q10, Vitamin E and Vitamin D are all fat-soluble, and CoQ10 absorbs poorly on an empty stomach.
  3. 3 Take it at the same time each day. Lunch or dinner is easier to remember than first thing in the morning, and fits the with-food guidance better.
  4. 4 Store at room temperature not exceeding 30°C, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the capsules in the bottle — Coenzyme Q10 degrades in light.

Things to Keep in Mind

  • IMPORTANT — speak to your doctor first if you take blood thinners. Nattokinase breaks down fibrin, the protein that forms blood clots, and can increase bleeding risk alongside warfarin, aspirin, clopidogrel or heparin. Coenzyme Q10 can separately reduce warfarin's effect. Never use this in place of a prescribed anticoagulant.
  • Clear it with your doctor first if you have a bleeding or clotting disorder, a history of stroke or peptic ulcer, or a mechanical heart valve. Stop taking it before and after any surgery or dental extraction.
  • Contains soy. Nattokinase is produced by fermenting soybeans, so this is not suitable for anyone with a soy allergy.
  • If you take blood-pressure medication, monitor your readings when you start. Nattokinase has been studied for a blood-pressure-lowering effect.
  • Food Supplement — No Approved Therapeutic Claims. For adults only. Not intended for children, pregnant, or lactating women.
  • The label declares amounts for Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Vitamin D and calcium. It does not declare an amount for Coenzyme Q10 or nattokinase — both lead the ingredient list, but no milligram figure is printed. We have asked the manufacturer for the specification sheet.
  • If you are taking any medication or managing a health condition, speak with your doctor before adding any food supplement.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I take this if I'm on aspirin or a blood thinner?
Not without asking your doctor first. Nattokinase is a fibrinolytic enzyme — it breaks down fibrin, the protein blood clots are made of — and reference pharmacology sources document an increased bleeding risk when it is combined with warfarin, aspirin, clopidogrel or heparin. Coenzyme Q10 separately can reduce warfarin's effect, which makes INR harder to predict. The same caution applies if you have a bleeding or clotting disorder, a history of stroke or peptic ulcer, a mechanical heart valve, or surgery coming up. This is a food supplement and must never replace a prescribed anticoagulant.
What is Q10 with Nattokinase and Vitamin E?
A once-daily 500 mg capsule. Coenzyme Q10 and nattokinase — an enzyme produced by fermenting soybeans — lead the ingredient list. Alongside them are Vitamin E, Vitamin C (as sodium ascorbate), Vitamin D and calcium, all four declared with amounts on the Nutrition Facts panel. It is registered with the Philippine FDA as a food supplement with no approved therapeutic claims.
How much Coenzyme Q10 and nattokinase are in one capsule?
The label does not declare an amount for either one. What it does tell us is order: Philippine FDA rules require ingredients to be listed by descending weight, and both sit above the sodium ascorbate and calcium citrate on the list. We have asked the manufacturer for the finished-product specification sheet and will publish the figures here as soon as we have them. Until then we would rather say 'not declared' than guess.
What amounts are actually printed on the label?
Four of them: Vitamin E 14 IU (63% of the adult daily reference intake), Vitamin C 45 mg (64%), Vitamin D 80 IU (40%), and calcium 12 mg (1.6%). All four percentages are based on PDRI 2015 for adults aged 19–29. The calcium is a small amount — this is not a calcium supplement.
When is the best time to take it?
With a meal that has some fat in it. Coenzyme Q10, Vitamin E and Vitamin D are all fat-soluble, and Coenzyme Q10 in particular is absorbed poorly on an empty stomach. Lunch or dinner works better than first thing in the morning.
Does it contain soy?
Yes. Nattokinase is produced by fermenting soybeans, so anyone with a soy allergy should avoid it. Rare late-onset reactions to natto have also been reported, linked to a compound formed during fermentation rather than to soy protein itself.
How long does one bottle last?
30 capsules at one capsule a day — 30 days. Each capsule is 500 mg, 15 g net weight per bottle.
Is it FDA registered?
Yes — FR No. 4000009044517, registered with the Philippine FDA as a food supplement. Registration means the product is legally permitted for sale as a food supplement in the Philippines. It is not an endorsement, and it carries no approved therapeutic claims.
